ASSOCIATE WEALTH ADVISOR – Austin / Denver

Position Objective

As an Associate Wealth Management Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping CAM’s wealth advisors best serve an existing and growing client base. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a successful advisory firm with excellent potential to expand the business. Through total client engagement, you will learn real world experience in a fee‐only comprehensive wealth management firm.

Position Description

An opening is available in our Austin or Denver office for an individual seeking to expand their experience inside of an independent advisory firm. For qualified, self-motivated applicants, this position offers exposure to virtually all facets of a fee‐only comprehensive wealth management practice. The Associate Wealth Advisor will help CAM’s wealth advisors with creating financial plans and managing client investments. The Associate Wealth Advisor will also analyze client portfolios, assist with client record keeping and engage in research and other tasks as requested by other CAM team members. The ideal candidate is a person who is or has progress towards becoming a Certified Financial Planner and who has excellent analytical and communication skills. An entrepreneurial spirit is a must including a desire to grow CAM’s existing client base. Depending on qualifications and experience, the following responsibilities may include opportunities to provide supervised assistance in areas such as:

· Demonstrate an ability to establish trust and cultivate strong relationships by understanding both the financial and behavioral needs of clients

· Demonstrate or have the willingness to establish an understanding of investment management, retirement income, tax planning, estate, insurance, and other financial planning needs of clients

· On a regular basis, meet with prospective clients to gather financial information while also collaborating in the creation and monitoring of financial plans

· Assist CAM’s wealth advisors in the development of new business which includes building external referral sources

· Collaborate with CAM’s marketing team to assist with ongoing firm initiatives

· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and a desire to work with people

· Demonstrate or have the willingness to learn and use internal technology tools such as Financial Planning, Client Relationship Management and Portfolio Rebalancing Software
This position will work closely with all team members, as well as other strategic partners across the firm. The work schedule is flexible and part-time or full-time is available. For the right candidate, opportunities for advancement is expected given CAM's fast-paced growth
Minimum Position Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years financial advisory experience preferred
· Series 65 license, or desire to obtain
· CFP or similar designation or desire to obtain
· Ability to work closely with referral sources at a highly professional level
· Having a strong local network is preferred
· Ability to manage tasks and schedule a calendar effectively
· Experience in WealthBox, iRebal, RightCapital, eMoney or other financial services software a plus
· Strong computer experience and be comfortable in a Windows or MAC environment.
· Bachelor's degree required

CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE – Austin / Denver

Position Objective

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in helping CAM provide an exceptional client experience. Through total client engagement, you will learn real world experience in a fee‐only comprehensive wealth management firm.

Position Description

An opening is available in our Austin or Denver office for an individual seeking to expand their experience inside of an independent advisory firm. For qualified, self-motivated applicants, this position offers exposure to virtually all facets of a fee‐only comprehensive wealth management practice. An entrepreneurial spirit is a must including a desire to grow CAM’s existing client base. Depending on qualifications and experience, the following responsibilities may include opportunities to provide supervised assistance in areas such as:
· Provide professional service to all firm clients consistent with our philosophy

· Communication with clients including phone calls, emails, and meetings

· Assist other team members with client proposals and reviews

· Work with CAMs' team for all follow-up activities from client meetings

· Support the firm's business development initiatives

· Manage firm technology platforms related to investment operations

· Develop and maintain client service processes for existing and new clients

· Attend all training and firm related meetings as appropriate
This position will work closely with the firm's wealth advisors as well as other strategic partners across the firm. The work schedule is flexible and part-time or full-time is available. For the right candidate, opportunities for advancement is expected given CAM's fast-paced growth.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks across all lines of business
· Interest in obtaining Series 65 a plus but not required
· Must have strong experience with Excel and be comfortable in a Windows or MAC environment.
· Excellent writing skills are a must, as well as attention to detail.
· Experience in financial services a plus but not required
· Bachelor's degree required

Investment Operations Associate – Austin / Denver

Position Objective

As an Investment Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in helping CAM expand the firm’s day to day operations as well as maintain its innovative technology platform in order to best serve clients. Through total client engagement, you will learn real world experience in a fee‐only comprehensive wealth management firm.

Position Description

An opening is available in our Austin or Denver office for an individual seeking to expand their operations, client service and management experience. For qualified, self-motivated applicants, this position offers exposure to virtually all facets of a fee‐only comprehensive wealth management practice. An entrepreneurial spirit is a must including a desire to grow CAM’s existing client base. Depending on qualifications and experience, the following responsibilities may include opportunities to provide supervised assistance in areas such as:
· Maintain operational policies and procedures to meet ongoing compliance requirements

· Manage client information in firm database and document management system

· Assist in paperwork process to open and/or maintain client accounts

· Help prepare/generate client proposals and quarterly reports for client meetings

· Manage CRM work flow and client onboarding systems

· Conduct and participate in client meetings (face-to-face or virtually), to support wealth advisors

· Support the Managing Principal with key tasks that support primary business goals

· Coordinate with custodians to resolves client accounts issues

· Support the Chief Investment Officer with special projects

· Assistance in creating and maintaining client presentations

· Help maintain firm’s portfolio management system

· Investment operations support
This position will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer, our wealth advisors, as well as other strategic partners across the firm. The work schedule is flexible and part-time or full-time is available. For the right candidate, opportunities for advancement is expected given CAM's fast-paced growth.
Minimum Position Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics or mathematics or similar field of study is preferred
· Previous experience in financial services industry a plus but not required
· Focused on client service with a desire to care for others
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated with ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial environment
· Must have strong experience with Excel and be comfortable in a Windows or MAC environment.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks across all lines of business
· Interest in obtaining Series 65 a plus but not required
· Progress or serious interest towards the CFA and/or CFP® designations is a plus.
